The International Journal of Solid Materials (IJSM) is an Open Access online journal. The purpose of the journal is to publish research articles, reviews, letters, and guest edited single topic issues in a broad area of mechanical and material engineering in solids. IJSM contains fundamental studies as well as applications of solid materials in any time and length scale. The submitted manuscripts should report original and unpublished research results and follow the style of the journal. No length limitations for contributions are set, however only the concisely written papers will be published.
