Abstract
In this note, some relations between the von Neumann-Jordan constant 
and the Schäffer constant 
and the von Neumann-Jordan type constant 
are investigated. Then some Gao type constants are introduced and studied. Moreover, the relations of these constants to the geometric properties of the Banach space are also shown.
