In this paper, we study the intuitionistic fuzzy I-convergent difference double sequence spaces  and  Also we introduce a new concept, called as closed ball in these spaces. Benefiting from these notions, we establish a new topological space and investigate some topological properties in intuitionistic fuzzy I-convergent difference double sequence spaces  and  

ideal, filter, double I-convergence, difference double sequence spaces, intuitionistic fuzzy normed linear space.
