Abstract
Let G be a graph of order n. The incidence energy, denoted 
 of G is defined as the sum of the singular values of the incidence matrix of G. It has been showed that

 are the signless Laplacian eigenvalues of G. In this note, we present some upper bounds for the incidence energy of a graph.
