This study examines the relationships between the organizational culture with promoting the creativity and innovation of social security organization’s staff in Ahvaz city in Iran. Results showed that, there are positive and significant correlation between the types of organizational culture and with creativity and innovation. Also, the dominant culture on statistical society of this research was the bureaucratic organizational culture with the score of 18.87, but this culture in the regression equation of this research has not any effect on creativity and innovation. Research findings were therefore recommended that the mission organizational culture has significant and positive relation with creativity. It can be said if the mission organizational culture increase about one unit, then creativity will increase about 0.902 and vice versa.
